You will probably have noted from my response that I did not list the
lawyers in any particular order of preference or merit. My criteria
for the search for the lawyers listed in the South Florida area was
based primarily on them being prestigious, well known lawyers, who
practice in the field you require. These attorneys can be found in
numerous databases.
With the exception of conducting research on each of the lawyers
listed to establish their success rates in winning cases, giving a
list of the “best” or the “top rated” would very much be a matter of
personal choice. Similar to expressing a preference to having a male
or female attorney representing you. Most lawyers also are experts in
specific fields, and would therefore have better success rates
advocating cases in their chosen fields than in any other fields. All
those lawyers would be members of professional law institutions at
varying levels.
It was impossible conducting such research in view of the time frame
you have provided, and the price you have set, as this would entail
contacting each lawyer individually asking for references of cases
they have advocated, the outcome and any mitigating circumstances
regarding successes or failures and then awaiting their responses.
Given a little bit of extra time I could possibly provide you with
information regarding their educational background and what they are
members of.
It is worth noting that some lawyers actually have a rider to the
provision of their services. At the bottom of one of the web sites I
searched from I found this: "The hiring of a lawyer is an important

“The Hague Convention is an agreement among its signatories that,
subject to certain limited exceptions and conditions, a child who is
habitually resident in one country that is a party to the Hague
Convention and who is removed to or retained in another country that
is party to the Hague Convention in breach of the left-behind parent's
custody rights shall be promptly returned to the country of habitual
residence. This creates a treaty obligation to return an abducted
child under 16 years of age if application is made within one year of
the date of the wrongful removal or retention.”
