I am interested in finding out the online dollar volume of 11
companies. The companies are:
Ask Dr. Tech.
Cutter & Buck
Dr. David Williams
Gump's
Kaplan Test Prep
Lehman's
Audible.com
Marshall Ward Co.
Novica
Relax the Back
Linux
Huzone --
At least one of those is not a company, as Linux is open-source code
provided by a wide range of companies. Are you perhaps referring to
Redmond Linux or SuSE Linux AG?
Also, please note that for private companies this task may be
virtually impossible unless the company has released numbers.

2 researchers have said that it is impossible to get information about
non-public companies. I would probably need to spend a lot more to
have someone do the "impossible", eh? Thanks for your feedback, I
appreciate it.
This will be virtually impossible for private companies on your list
as only management responsible for this information within the company
will know. For publicly listed companies (i.e. Audible), you might
want to call an equity research analyst at any firm that covers that
particular company. Research analysts often have information that is
not published anywhere else and sometimes don't mind sharing it.
