sell-side e-commerce software, and TopSoft, an e-commerce systems
integrator, will utilize First Ecom.com's payment processing
gateway to deliver one-stop e-commerce services to the Hong Kong market.

Intershop said it has already developed a ready-to-install payment cartridge
built to interoperate with First Ecom's e-commerce payment back-end.

The cartridge has been deployed by e-commerce service providers such as Swisscom,
Bell Canada and Telecom New Zealand.
Processing online transactions through First Ecom.com's payment processing
gateway will allow Hong Kong Internet businesses to deploy a complete
e-commerce solution, the companies said.
Intershop's Hosting, ePages and Merchant products feature storefront and back-office apps.
Internet merchants can now access First Ecom.com's real-time electronic
payment services using Intershop's software and ready-to-install payment
cartridge.
Hong Kong businesses can turn to TopSoft to implement their
Intershop/First Ecom.com solution.
Financial arrangements among the companies were not disclosed.

make it possible for Intershop to provide Hong Kong merchants with a turnkey
e-commerce solution," said Gregory Pek, president and CEO of First Ecom.com.
