I was given a baby blue tongue lizard..the other people have had it
for sometime...and no longer wished to care for it.Do I need a permit
to keep it.I think it was a wild one...will it still know how to care
for it's self if set free? can I keep her? I did planned to get on and

this site informs us that "They eat snails, slugs, flowers and fruit.
They don't chew their food. They hold and crush it."
incidently I'm from Canberra and there is a blue tongue lizard living
in the rockery near my house.
