Redmond-based Web developer RTSe USA, Inc. has just inked a partnership with Vital Information, Inc., based in Tokyo, that will focus on technology exchange and co-marketing in the U.S. and Asia.

RTSe USA is the creator of Synchronicity Content Management System, a database-driven solution that allows non-technical staff to manage powerful corporate websites.

The new international partnership will find Vital Information marketing RTSe USAs products and services to the Japanese and broader Asian corporate market.
