im 25 fem weighing 50kgs and 165cms tall.last year i had cardiomopathy and multi organ failure threw drinking wasy too much alcohol for 4 years.I have had a baby 2 and half months ago and afta the birth i got hypertention and is now on meds 4 that.I do suffer from very bad anxiety and my heart rate at rest is always around 100 but the the last couple of weeks ive been feeling dizzy, nauseaed, and heart pulpertations but my heart has always been like that.So my doc sent me 2 get a heart stress test and has shown some abnamalities but nothing there really worried about and im getting followed up in a months time. But now im worring even mor ecould there b more to the story or would they have picked it up.
I would suggest that if they are leaving it for a month then there's no way they can have picked up anything immediately life-threatening. Even with the NHS they're unlikely to mess about with your heart making you wait for a test if they're really worried, so I wouldn't stress too much. Good on you for quitting the booze by the way, that's a pretty incredible thing to do. Life is so much better without it, and I'm speaking as somebody who knows. I'm also speaking as somebody who knows three people who died because they didn't have the strength to quit. Keep it up and I'm sure you have a long happy life ahead of you.
But bear in mind, after big life shake-ups like this it can take a few years before everything starts to get back on an even keel. Start making plans for your future.
Lots of love, Joe, ex piss-head.
