it depends on what is going on...there are many heart or circulatory disorders. what grade are you in?
Well, for one, you would have to watch what you eat, prob be on meds your whole life, suffer from depression and anxiety because you know you are at a higher risk for a heart attack...circulatory, one day they may need a body part amputated. You would have to be very careful on how you live your life, you may not be able to play sports, or be a cheerleader...high school situation, if they are younger when diagnosed.
It would make any strenuous activity difficult because of poor oxygen levels in your blood. So sports, exercising, hiking, biking, etc would be very difficult.
A heart or circulatory disorder can restrict the amount and types of exercises you can do. A circulatory disorder can lead to blood clotting problems. A clott can then dislodge and cause a heart attack, a pulmonary embolism, or a stroke (all which can be fatal).
Well, lets put it this way.. If you are having heart problems you are going to have a very difficult time doing things.. It can cause shortness of breath, make you very tired, no energy, fluid in the legs and ankles, chest pains.Circulatory problems can bring on a heart attack and if it's fatal well then you won't have to worry about doing anything you'll be dead

You have to ask? If you have a heart disorder you have to take life in the slow lane. Eat the right foods. And your always at risk at over doing or over exerting yourself. As for circulation problems your legs or arms go numb , or fall asleep as some people call it. Have that pins and needles feeling, and they feel cold and swell up to if you used them to much or not enough. You have trouble walking, setting for long periods of time. Neither one is fun!
well it can stop you from doing a lot of things. you be restricted with how much exercise you can do, you have to be careful with stuff you eat. e.g fatty food. you need to have flu jab before the winter.

i would imagine that you wouldn't be able to do as much,get tired easily. Bad circulation would make the person cold. Immune system wouldn't be very strong,catch colds easier than a normal person.
