itell you guys my problem again.
im 13. today my blood pressure was 144 over 80, when resting. im not overweight, eat bad, drink too much caffeine, or ANYTHING to make my heart rate go so high. this is CONSTANT as in everyday for almost a year. The doctors are now concerned. What would you do if you were me?

You should go see a cardiologist. While high blood pressure isn't immediately life-threatening, it increases risks of cardiovascular disease significantly in the long run. There are a lot of medications out there which can stabilize high blood pressure, and put less strain on your arteries and on your heart.
