RZA in American Gangster. He had his Wu-Tang tattoo in the shot. It just doesn't fit.
Gotta be snoop in half baked. Dave chappelle was going on the types of smokers, and snoop was the dude that only comes around when someone had smoke. Dave and his boy were getting ready to roll up on the stoop and out came snoop from behind the steps and toked half the L in like 2 pulls.
