Harel Kodesh, vice president of Microsoft's information appliances division, said working with Spyglass enables Microsoft to expand the impact of the Windows CE platform.
"Microsoft chose Spyglass to provide development services and technology due to its long-standing leadership in providing Internet solutions to device manufacturers and service providers. Spyglass' extensive customer and project management experience, in support of the Windows CE platform, will help enable the development of a broad variety of products and services for intelligent connected appliances," he said.
Separately, Spyglass said Colbeth was now once again running the company on a full-time basis after taking a temporary medical leave.
