| A Hong Kong-based offshore corporate services firm, ICS Trust (Asia) Ltd.,
is offering a service where companies can incorporate offshore over the Internet.
ICS is providing Hong Kong businesses with access to the Anguilla Commercial Online Registration Network (ACORN), an Internet- based system that allegedly provides 24-hour, 365-day-a-year automated registration of offshore companies in the Caribbean island of Anguilla.

According to ICS, the system permits users to complete all things electronically instead of the paperwork that was traditionally needed to file with the Anguilla Companies Registry; name searches, name registrations, and incorporations.
A ICS representative said that the time required for registration has been reduced from 2 weeks to "as little as an hour".
